IN the spirit of St Patricks Day we have created a special irish coffee for the DrinkTanks Cocktail Class. Below is our take on the Irish Coffee. Cheers
– 1 Cup freshly brewed coffee
– 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
– 1.5 oz Irish Whisky
– Heavy Cream, Slightly Whipped
– 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Pour Coffee into cup until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend in Irish Whisky. Top with a collar of whipped cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Sprinkle cinnamon over cream. Serve hot.
