Shipping

DrinkTanks® website orders ship default UPS Ground from our Headquarters in Bend, Oregon. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select for an extra charge.   If your mailing address is a PO BOX, APO/FPO or International, please select USPS for shipping. The Local Pickup option is for Bend, Oregon area ONLY. Handling time for regular orders is typically about 2 business days and 10 business days for custom orders.

Shipping is calculated based on the total order weight and the delivery zip code, so please be as accurate as possible when entering your shipping address. All DrinkTanks orders are shipped in branded DrinkTanks  boxes made from recycled materials unless otherwise requested.

If a shipment is returned to DrinkTanks as undeliverable or refused, customer will be responsible for any additional charges resulting in the return or in having to re-ship the package.

Warranty Return / Replacement

If you purchased your DrinkTanks® Growler from a retailer, it is often easier to return it to the retailer to avoid shipping charges, additional impact to the growler, and the agony of being without it. If you bought your DrinkTanks  stainless steel growler directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you or issue you a merchandise credit for the invoiced amount. If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please email us or call 541-728-5579. Please indicate your web order number, and a brief description of what shipped in error or was missing from your order. If you’re not sure the problem you’re experiencing is a manufacturer defect or not, read our FAQs page to make sure you’re caring for and cleaning your growler correctly.

Returns (non-warranty)

We all know that sometimes people change their mind on a purchase they have made. If that’s the case, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to change your mind if it is still in NEW (UNUSED) condition. If your order is found to be in this condition, you will be eligible for a full refund not including shipping. To initiate the return, please contact us directly via email or call 541-728-5579. The customer  is responsible for all return shipping and is advised to use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. DrinkTanks is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking or insurance.
